The quarterly subscription is £30 + £3.99 UK standard shipping. International orders are available however custom charges may apply. All International orders have tracked and signed shipping.

You will be charged immediately after subscribing and your membership will automatically renew quarterly after your first box unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming billing date. You must login into your account to do so.
We know you are excited to receive your curated box! Our boxes are mailed quarterly (April, July, October, January) and will ship the second week of the months listed but due to the current climate there are slight delays. You will be informed when your box has been mailed.
Log into your account. Go the Address Manager and choose which address you would like to edit. Once you have updated an address, your future boxes will be directed to the new address
While we hate to see you go, subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. You can cancel at any time after your box has been received. If you cancel less than 5 business days prior to being billed for the next box, the cancellation will go into effect to the following subscription period. The upcoming subscription period will ship according to schedule. Log into your account to cancel your subscription.
We try our best to make sure your order gets to you intact. That being said, things happen in transit. If your items are damaged in transit, we will certainly replace damaged items in your box. Email us a picture of the damaged items, the box itself and your order number to email@example.com
